    Thank you all for responding and sharing your thoughts. I have already been in touch with a few of you about changes and clearing things up.

    This is a community and a family. We may have disagreements about how certain things should be run but at the end of the day if everyone respects everyone else then there won't be any issues.

    @Hermitism I have noted the background and that is going to be changed again back to something that is a little less bright.

    The punishments may seem harsh but if everyone respects each other and doesn't personally attack them or their views everything will work out just fine.
