    Hey Marvin. I read up on the HigherFi unit. looks nice but I am not sure what to think about something in such limited quantities. I think resale might be difficult.

    Don't know for sure, but I'd imagine not without the tube inside. Even then, most SS gear needs a tad bit of warm up time too to sound their best.

    That's a beast of an integrated, you need that much power ? Hopefully you have a 20 amp line to run that bad boy too.

    I don't have any experience with that one, so when you get it let me know.

    That said, I'll echo Tony's comment that all gear needs to warm up.

    this bad boy was delivered yesterday and is still boxed up and it is one heavy load. It may be a while before I get it downstairs and installed. I will follow up asap,

    This was a purchase I wanted and it will get installed when time allows. I had to buy with the price being right.

    In all fairness though, Bob has been undergoing some remodeling. Still, I would have hooked her up to make sure it was at least working properly.

    Mr. Wagner is a champ of a guy, can't wait to hear your impressions.
