No, just enjoying the unshackled break and listening to music and watching tv.

That just sounds lazy/irresponsible. Bragging that you can be lazy all day because you lost your job (which you made a huge deal about) is just conceited.

who in their right mind would make something up and start a thread about buying something that they never did?

Someone who enjoys watching people respond to the tune of 3+ pages to every thread he starts???

I think its harmless and actually a pretty good bit. I do think I'm beginning to be more entertained by those who take you seriously and offer "real" responses and less entertained by your "problems."

Thanks !! I am putting that krell up against the Theta dreadnought when it arrives. I have bought many items from members of cp all without a hitch and also sold a bunch of stuff. Every once in a while though something does not go according to plan and I get that feeling from this seller I m doing business with right now.

If your send some one thousands of dollars there should be no lag in communication.

Everything you have demonstrated here on this board indicates to all of us that you are not of sound mind or judgment.. The real question is who in their right mind would ever believe the boy that constantly cries wolf?

Not sure me thinking this is all a bit makes me "almighty one," but whatever.

If PFB is an internet persona, it's kind of funny and actually very creative and unique.

If PFB is true, it's just sad.

This seems like a more genuine comment unlike the others and to that I will answer.

Well the seller does not have any feedback but I thought no big deal since using paypal. I then checked the paypal transaction and he is a non us verified customer so I called paypal and they said its legit, the seller has had a few usa transactions. Now the guy aint responding despit saying they would be out the next day after the order. Then I ask him last night what the deal is. I get this message saying "keep in touch" Nothing else about my concerns? I just got a weird feeling so I decided to google image search the lising and found many shady looking personal ads and listings with the same image from as far back as april etc.

The preamp was about 1k under market value and the the mono blocks were between 2 and 3k under market value. Should I be worried now about this?

How can some one scam you with paypal?

Am I being silly and impatient?

Why do people think they look cool in a fedora?

Your being silly and stupid....you want honest responses right ?

No feed back and your sending some dude thousands, presumably overseas yet ? Little to no communication from the guy and your asking us if you should be concerned ? What do you think ? You assume just because your using Paypal, you can't get scammed ?

Your unemployed spending thousands on gear and your wife takes off to her parents ranch....any red flags going off in your head yet ? Seriously....if what you say is true, you need to check yourself and prioritize your life while injecting some common sense business practices.

You want honest responses, that's about as honest as I can get. Your probably a nice guy too PFB, so try not to take my comments too personally, but the things you share for the world to see and comment on will come back to bite you in the arse. You project yourself as a na

I don't know why but every time I happened to drop by at CP, I found a nice thread from Polk Farm boy with some nice gear purchases.

How's the Porscheeeee, PFB? I am not knocking but curious. Honestly curious!

I had to file a paypal claim against the thiefing F'cr. The Porsche is great, now that I dont have a job I get to go cruise on down into town for coffee with the top down in the lovely weather. I do like the occasional race off the traffic lights but I am starting to settle down with that.

Some people take offence to me buying quality audio products it seems? Anyways here's a link to the agon listings.

Seemed like an honest mistake. I'd never transfer that amount of money with no type of feedback from the seller and if it's over $1,000 you better believe I'll be on the phone with them making sure they are real.

If prices are too good to be true.....PayPal most likely will not be able to get your money back. Really...$5000 for a pair of 1201 monos and $2000 for a C2300 pre?

I'm going with either Sociopath or Habitual Liar. He's likely the person that posted the ad. I can't imagine he was a big enough moron to buy it 12 minutes after the ad went up from an unknown seller with 0 feedback.
