Second day in a row the high was below zero. Hit a high today of -3. The nights are brutal. At least no wind to speak of today. This whole week has been brutal, when the wind was 40 mph the other day it was almost intolerable. No relief until Monday I guess. TGIF.

I think I have every one of his albums. Most Folk Music, makes me cringe, but GL has always impressed me.Home Theater/2 Channel:

BlueMDPicker: One time I was in New Orleans for a conference and I found out Gatemouth was playing at the House of Blues. I walked down there real early to see about a ticket and a Cadillac convertible pulled up to the front of the place. It was Gatemouth driving to the venue for soundcheck or something I suppose. He had a guitar case in the back seat. He got out and I went up to him and shook his hand and told him I was looking forward to the show that evening. He smiled widely and grabbed his guitar case from the back seat and went inside. I think he was living up north in Louisiana and simply drove down to the show.
