    Mistakes happen.
Polk always treats me with respect and importance.
Are they perfect? Of course not.
But when things go awry, I would hope to practice patience and understanding.
    Simply:
"There is a principle which is a bar against all information, which is proof against all arguments and which can not fail to keep a man in everlasting ignorance-that principle is contempt prior to investigation."

I won't include all, but many make me laugh, as you try your best at being Dr. Phil or something. making uneducated assumption about my life and my family. From the various comments, I take that many have never had real responsibility where your action or even inaction have far reaching effects on others. But I won't hold that against anyone, for its not a life style some can function in. I am a type A personality and goal driven, My success in life have been that I push myself to be better each day and not accept being average.

And due to my hard work ethic and not accepting being average, I was able to buy homes for my sons (cash deals) and give them a leg up in life, allowing them to be able to provide more opportunities for my grandkids.

I understand how you are looking at the entire situation. If I was expecting something and upon opening the contents what I ordered was not there, I would be upset since it's not difficult to put part A in box A and my current project would be put on hold, and I would need to re-adjust my day.

But again things happen, and it's apparent the consensus is I don't think you gave them a fair chance to make it right. Call them up and give them an earful if you must before going public.

In warranty sda 2.3TL. 1994 I had a MW 6510 fail and they sent me a MM 6510.
I didn't know any better I just thought I was a newer style
replacement. But it was so stiff, differently made for the car I guess.
I got to reading here and looking on eBay ordered the correct one
sold the MM for $30. What a difference.

Hey old man, the word is spelled "intact".

That legend exists purely in your own mind. No one is impressed, save for your audacity. I'm pretty sure your kids are so proud of their dad the magnificent conceited a$$hole. Cool you bought your kids homes, what they couldn't buy their own way? Still not sure how this relates to a speaker order. You need to learn to stay on topic buddy.

You want to nit pick mistakes? I can do so with your spelling all day, and no one will die from those mistakes.
