    On nitro?!?!?! B)
I drank a couple different stouts last night with my trusty syringe. Works like a charm.

Yes nitro. You owe it to yourself to get a nitrogen set up.
I have a bomber of Yeti Oak Aged Stout I'll use the syringe with.

Completely and emphatically agree here. My wife said she wanted free reign over the bar (going full on old English pub theme). I told her that was completely OK but my one caveat was that we have a nitrogen setup.

Since I've never seen a nitro setup, how much space do I need or does it go straight inside the kegorator?

Z, my wife designed the space, I built the bar. Initially it was going to be a small wet bar with fridge on one wall. She said "no". Now I have this " L" shaped behemoth.

Where is your CO2 bottle now? Inside or outside your kegerator? All you need is a Nitrogen tank/regulator, extra gas line for convenience, and a stout faucet. Then swap those items out when needed. Only takes a minute or two.

Here's a vid that describes the components.

Ryan, I too would be very supportive of my wife if She wanted to have a bar in an "Olde" English theme. Oh, a busty medieval beer wench, see if you can get one thrown in as part of the install. When the mates come over on a Friday night to swill a few ales, you'll be the coolest guy in town.

Wasatch brewery DEVASTATOAR Double Bock. I've been eyeing these the last couple of trips to the liquor store figured what the heck it's New Years Eve might as well pick up 6 of them. These are 8% and definitely has a creamy texture for a Double Bock. The label and name looks like it came off a Judas Priest album.

I have 4 of each EXCEPT for the NXS. Only found 3 which means people get a smaller dosage. All of those beers are 8% and up. Should be an interesting night......

For a $10 single, it was terrible. Strong alcohol and cherries. Yuck! Anyone else try this one yet? Glad I didn't spend the full $40 on the 4-pack.

Yep. Not what I expected. I laid two down this past December to age for 2-4 years.
My son in law and I shared my last 120 minute from 2012 during the holidays.
I couldn't believe how well the 120 minute ages. I'm hoping the same for the Higher Math. We'll see.
