    Excellent speakers for 2 channel listening. I purchased these new several years ago and they have a few minor surface blemishes, but the speakers work just fine. The grills are in good shape and the connecting cable is included. One of the posts is missing the screw to hold the speaker cable in place, but I am including Monster Cable banana plugs that plug into the posts for a solid connection. •do NOT contact me with unsolicited services or offers

    Deeper Bass for one, and the 2.3s have a three tweeter progressive point source array.
    Your 3.1s have a single tweeter, and one less woofer. The 2.3s are slightly more efficient, 91db versus 90db
