    Central Jersey C/L has these SDA 2BSs that started at $400 and have dropped.The guy is willing to talk and might go lower as they been on for a while and are solid stock.

    Jeez at $325 you'd have enough money to go get some White Rose Burgers.... worth it just to hear the guy say "yew-wan-kitch-uponyerfriiis?"

    Any body who grew up in central jersey or went to Rutgers and closed a bar knows this guy! The guy used to make burgers on a flat top with a Chesterfield in his mouth... the place smelled like grease and was the perfect place to go to when your liver was calling for grease in order to process all the alcohol in your blood and the line was too long at Greasy Tony's.

    Pretty funny you know this guy and come to think of it I never did ask nor does it say from a smoke or pet free house. A little off SDA topic but weird in North Jersey CL/ this dude is selling an set of Bose 501s which look ok but it's the Ohm 4s that defy any explanation of what the former owner was thinking .This guy said he got them this way and is guessing it's some kind of 80's motif. It's horrible not to mention the bases don't even match besides he's asking E-Bay big number prices.I had to call just to find out what the story was and I laughing for hours.

    Boston- I think I see what you mean. There doesn't appear to be a trim piece at the bottom like the studios I have. Did Polk make a regular 1C with black vinyl or veneer?

    Not sure they did./? Few years ago when i got my first 2b's i listened to some 1c's that looked just like those BUT had the darker wood top/bottom. Cant remember if they were black or not. Pics can be hard to tell with the black. Sharp looking indead

    If those are in as good condition as they appear to be, they are a great speaker for the price, even without the interconnect. After all, whoever gets them will want to start down the upgrade path, including a Dreadnought! :)

    I offered little less than asking price but he sold it to someone else.

    Yeah I sold them to a guy in Brighton for not much more than I had in upgrades, then he sold them to this guy, I got in touch with him and found out they were indeed my old ones. Yeah hes trying to sell them off now, Forgot why.

These speakers are from when speaker manufacturers were building speakers for high-fidelity performance rather than appearance. The center speaker, a Polk CS400, was sold previously.

    Not bad but if your losses to Chicago is buy @newrival‌
    System so you get backup amps and its a slightly better system iirc
