    Thats the plan....start with 61np then move to el-34 ...lets see the difference

    The 61np has been changed....still looking for difference ...saw some difference in music....in BASS...some whispers..

    is the 61np better or i have mullard 8100 ???which one is better...listening both sound same...

    HI my tube savious...

    Suddenly one day on my yaqin ms-34d amp one channel was not working...i noticed one of my el-34b tube was not glowing at all...i switched the tubes around and suddenly the amp is working fine...is that means tube is gone???

    do i need to do anything...also i see some difference in sound...

    Perhaps the tube wasn't seated properly.

    agreed.....I went from the stock chinese 6n8p on the yaqin cd-3 Tube Buffer to Rca 6sn7GTB Black Plates and then to Rca 6sn7GT VT-231......the upgrade was extraordinary.....I heard instruments,like brushes on cymbals,that I hadn't heard before....peter

    Eventually amp plate got burned so that went ti eBay with loss
