    Whats amazing is we have rules for newbies for selling stuff to protect the community and since I joined I don't know of anyone having issues with new polkies when it has come to buying and selling, but yet the Polk Family has two black marks from what most would call old timers since I joined..

    I still hope all gets worked out for everyone involved..

    Ben wether you stay or go make this right not just for the people involved but so that pride you have on your sholders can be for the right reasons, I know I am not telling you something you don't already know. you have always done me right since I joined here and I am asking you as a brother to make this right. dispite the problems you have and have had not taking care of these guys is not taking care of Ben as well..

    If I can help anyone here with what has been lost I am here!! Lets keep this place what it is and what has kept me here and enjoying this hobby. I know I have been far from perfect from time to time but thats life we all have our ups and down days and we all deal with it in different ways. even though there are some people I have come to not like now and then I would never burn them..

    Again I hope all gets turned around and thats all I will say on this matter!!!

    Interresting..... I tried to buy some drivers From him many mo. Ago never heard from him . But just got a email today from him asking if I wanted to buy the drivers now. So he can email !

    Are we all done jumping all over Ben now ? You sure ? Maybe a few more pages ?

    I'm not a fan of how crap went down, a lousy scenario for sure, but I see Ben is at least attempting to make things square, and if he doesn't,I see plenty of good Polkies offering their services to compensate. Can we put this to bed now ? Maybe the ones who still need stuff from Ben or help resulting from any of this should take it to PM's.

    Jess, thats more then can be said for some around here in the past. All I'm saying is we don't need to beat a dead horse here, it does the forum no good. Not giving Ben a pass, he sure could have handled it better, but lets say we let this play out instead of knocking him over the head at every turn.

    Eh I am sorry...

    To me his actions are unacceptable. Sure you can "forgive" people - but over a years worth of bull crap involving alot of money, alot of gear and alot of ignored attempts at contact...

    On tap of that its not like all these instances are a year old - some are weeks, months, ++ old - so not only was he dicking over members a year ago + - but he continued to take in more money and more gear while he was dicking around other members...

    It is one thing to do what he did but to continue to do it while assuring others on promises he did not keep...

    I mean jesus he even had the guts to sell MORE gear to someone while this thread is going on right now...

    It is just silly - I am sorry. A man is only as good as his word and as far as I am concerned Ben's word is crap.

    Some of you guys are funny. Mike fund is making almost all the noise. He is unverified and has no Addy in PayPal to send the XO's to. I owe one SDA IC, and a few tweeters. I told the guy buying the tweeters I had an extra tweeter if he waited till I found it. He is a cool guy and was planning on meeting up with me, but he wants them shipped now. No biggie. So this is what all the flogging is about. Do you guys really think it helps being dicks to get peoples stuff back? Also Doro is going to help send back a package(thanks), but I haven't heard from him yet. Matt Fund with the biggest mouth I need your Addy and P # to ship. No Addy, no ship. As for internet it sucks way out here, and the phone lines were down like the power. We are in a valley so cell phone was spotty. The guy I sold a bunch of cables to emailed me to let me know the speaker cables were 36vdc, and not 48vdc like I thought they were. I sent him some extra cables for my mistake. The guy I am waiting for a shipping label is getting a Pangea cord thrown in for his patience. I am not stealing anybodys stuff. I am just way behind schedule. If I was a dick I would sell, or just throw the stuff in the trash. I am not staying here anyway so who cares right? Well I do even though I am not planning on staying here. I am getting ever thing out. If I don't you can STFU now. One thing I do like about PF is people watching out for each other.

    I wanted to post here to make sure everyone knows that I did get my crossovers and everything else but the silver cables so far from Ben. One of my inductors was broken, which he informed me of before he sent my crossovers back. I wasn't thrilled, but he was honest about it. I also told him to keep the labor portion to help him get back on his feet since I asked him to send them back unmodded with the parts. He did not ask, I offered. The AQ Speaker wires were incorrect as he said, and I asked for a couple extra pairs of his silver interconnects to cover the price difference. I did wait about a month to get a confirmation that he was shipping, but I did get a message on Wednesday that his mom was going to take them to the post office to get them sent to me. I have not seen them yet, and I am hoping they are coming soon.
