I quite agree with Jesse. If we were talking about spending $240 vs. $24, then sure, some time and effort is justified, but $20.00 for no effort and perfect results? Priceless!

The sample i sent has the "v" cut design at the mounting holes so hopefully they can do this as well.
I will get a quote for 500pcs and maybe 1,000pcs and see what we have to work with.
I hope to be able to get this settled by next weekend.
Sorry for the recent delay but i am extremely busy with work.

BTW: Not to be a party pooper but I think your nuts for doing this at cost nice but nuts. Think about it your spending your own money and time to get these made and then there's filling the orders, shipping supply's and getting them shipped out to everyone. Time is money and nobody works for free.

Current polk speakers:
Family room 5.1: TC265i R/L, VM10 Center, RC65i surrounds (couldn't match the TCs)
Basement non-dedicated 7.1 HT: SDA-CRS+ R/L, 255c-LS Center, LSiFX surrounds, RC80i in-ceiling rear surround, plus Wharfedale 12" sub (some day I'll get around to building 15" F-20 sub).

You made a very good looking gasket and I'm sure it's an option for those who prefer to make their own. Do we know what the factory mades will cost? Maybe not an arm and a leg

OK folks.This is a go!
I am placing the order tomorrow and will be receiving about 5 pcs for inspection before proceeding with the balance.
I got buried with work and didn't have a chance to deal with this the past couple weeks so my apologies on that.
Our total is over 500pcs which allowed me to get the cost down to $1.00 each.
I think shipping costs will be low for most since i can pop them in a small mailer for about 3 bucks.Larger quantities may be 2 or 3 bucks more.We'll see.
I should have the finished stampings in a week and then will post pics as promised and send one to Doro and Tool and maybe anyone buying a lot for approval but i do not see any issues.
If it fits mine it'll fit yours.
I will post a name and qty ordered later so you can see what i have listed and you can let me know if i forgot you or you need to change something.

Received the samples today and they look great.I am trying to upload pics but i think i'm doing something wrong.I'll keep trying but so you know the OD is perfect and the v-cuts line up nicely.I asked to see if they can change the ID to 1/16" less to tighten it up around the base.
Not necessary but shooting for the best.
Should have some in about 10 wkg days to ship to those that requested them.
And i'll keep wkg on the pics.

Hope these go through and gives you guys an idea of what we have.These are 1/16 thick sponge rubber.I likey! a little glue of your choice and they will work nicely IMHO.

I should have them any day now.I checked with the factory yesterday and they said they would ship yesterday or today.
