Honestly, it doesn't take much time to point people to places where you've made an **** of yourself, they're so abundant. And actually, I work plenty hard, that's why I'm able to buy nice gear that's well matched to speakers I have. I can afford not to listen to them through 50 year old receivers and coming to the conclusion that the speakers must not be that good.

On that note, I'm done with this thread, but if I see this guy getting on other threads giving his bad advice to people, I'm going to call him out on it every time.

This kind of comment bothers me. For all you know, many reasonable and worthwhile people may have been driven away from this site, because they feel they don't belong to the clique.

Let's face it, almost everything about this hobby is OPINION. Time on this site, or quantity of posts, do not necessarily mean you have greater credibility, nor ownership of this forum. I know plenty of post whores on various forums that spew their opinions so relentlessly they are taken as gospel because they appear in every possible relevant thread, as well as many that aren't so relevant. Well, I'm here to tell ya, they can be just as wrong as anybody.

The bottom line is there are some regulars here who can be condescending and even mean when their opinions are contradicted or questioned.

(BTW the above is a general comment, not intended to defend any particular individual(s).)

Flash21, I get the impression that you are not up to speed with the matters concerning the target of nspindel posts. I believe that if you were, you would be in full agreement with nspindel. Lord knows, I am.

Says one of the most angry, grumpy, instigators around here. It's guys like him that have made many leave (I know a few). For him to suggest that you're not smart enough to draw your own conclusion and to join his side is more evidence that he's one of the biggest jokes around here.

Flash21, while you're 100% right and intelligent enough to have come up with that conclusion on your own, what I've done is just move on. Their are good dudes around here who honestly love the hobby and are big enough to continue helping and conversing like adults with people they don't like and at times disagree with.

You're the one who made his bed with the sheets on top of the blanket because you were in such a rush, so you don't get to take your frustrations out on me.

It's always easier to side step than it is to man up. Nice try. Like I said, let's just move on. For the record, I don't remember a single instance where I hopped in any one of your threads and insulted you, yet you continue to follow me around throwing stones like a child.

For the record, show where I insulted you. Adding you to my BOZO list doesn't count. For the record, I can find plenty of insults you've hurled at others, including at me.

When I'm wrong, I always man up. In your case, I'm not wrong.

I don't know any thing about him being a reason to leave and I certainly don't think he is --- but, you sure as hell ain't a reason to stay.

You keep digging a yourself a hole and then whine about being in the damn hole.

If I were taking advice on this board and I've taken quite a bit of it, it would be his and the rest of what you call the Gestapo/Taliban advice I'd be taking; ain't no way it would be yours.

I have never seen anyone work at making an **** out of his self as hard as you have.

How is it even possible to correspond with someone on your "Bozo list"........must be an awful lot of "Bozo peeking" going on! I'm thinking that nobody is really on anybody's list, and that it's just idle farting in the wind to state that they are. Just too f'in much curiosity to not have a peek!

The problem is it just won't decompose. It always morphs into something else before the maggots can finish it off.

You seem to be giving him credit for the use of the labels Gestapo and Taliban on this forum. I believe I coined those terms for the members of the clique here.

As I said, I was not defending anybody in particular. And no, I don't recall seeing much in the way of nspindel posts - I tend to drop in and out of the forum as the mood strikes me, as I have other interests that sometimes hold my attention, so maybe I missed them.
