i got the spinning sound because the fuel being sprayed into the head was not burned and was cleaning the oil off the walls, killing compression...he looked at the belt. said it looked fine. it was put in there at 95k miles by a honda dealership..
runs like the champ that it is now -
If it was put in at 95,000 and you have 188,000 on the car than that belt has 93,000 plus miles on it. I would change it before it costs way more than it should...

that is good advice....i'm selling the car, though...it's pretty costly to replace...i'll let the next guy deal with it -

If the fuel washed the cylinders that badly then all that fuel is in the oil. It needs to be change before you spin a bearing.Expert Moron Extraordinaire
