    That's about right for duals. The buyer paid $200 shipping to get the subs, and $200 to ship back to CHT.

    I waited 6 months for my Tyler 7u's -- 3 Months for my Super Towers, etc etc - MONTHS for my Odyssey gear.

    The difference? Its not a 450 dollar subwoofer... know what I mean?

    I dont mind waiting for stuff - but cmon! lol

    I agree with your assessment of SVS. They do make great stuff and I was just about sold on grabbing their biggest sub, but I too noticed that their prices have kept going up and they're not made here anymore. The latter isn't a big hangup for me, but overseas MFG means the attention to detail takes a hit and the price is going the wrong direction. There's a whole bunch of other options out there.

    I'm curious to hear your opinions on the A3-250.

    Right now I'm seriously looking at the A7S-450. Not sure how that compares to Epik's stuff.

    $850 for a single and $800 each for 2+.

    i spoke to the guys over there about selecting a sub.
    They have the A7-350 and the A5-350. They are both 15 inch ported subwoofers and one has the bigger amp (1330w vs 500w) and i guess better driver.
    Trying to decide if its worth the extra money. Any ideas

    I am thinking of doing one of their 15 inch subwoofers DIY..buying the drivers and amps from them and building the box myself.

    Anxiously awaiting your eD experience..:)

    I have sent several emails this week about this sub and its status... No updates no sub. I just can't seem to find a subwoofer in this price class and everything go smoothly

    Eh... Not worth it, if they don't want to respond to emails that is their business. Polk audio is one of the top results in google, that is enough for me that when people search for this sub they can read about it. I am just looking forward to owning a sub I can hook up to my 2 channel unlike some of their competitors hahaha

    Did you get a tracking number? No excuse for not responding to emails, but a recent memory order I had with Kingston was delayed by bad weather. There has been a lot of weather issues of late. I hate winter:mad:

    They flat out just have not sent me an email in response to update me. I did get their mass email showingnoff their new Ferrari red color mid week.

    i got a few responses to questions from them last week. I might be driving up to them to pick up the drivers and amps.

    I was looking at buying the 15 inch driver for A7-350 instead of the A5-350. Wish I could find proper specs for the driver.

    I have read good reviews of that sub in general but not much info on what parts they are using.

    Stuff happens with e-mails. Had it happen here this morning with a customer that sent us an RFQ from the web on Friday that we never got. It goes to 4 different people here and none of us had it.

    i had sent them an email early one week and no response. they i emailed them again and got a response that afternoon. They are busy in the shop and the email goes to an automated que. so if there is an issue with filters etc it might be lost.
