    got a call from UPS corporate today. they are looking into my dispute against the claim. from what she said its sounding somewhat good. I SO HOPE SO!!!

    she said i should know within a week.

    PLEASE WISH ME LUCK GUYS!

    It ought to look good. UPS busted up those M70's returning them to CO. That's all U need and that's the bottom line.

    I just bought some speaks off a guy and insisted that he ship them FEDEX. If i had not read this thread i might have settled for UPS. I would come completely unglued if this happened. I still have my fingers crossed that they show up in good condition as this thread gives me the willies.

    That sucks...

    I just got in my RTi A7's from Polk and they were shipped by Conway freight. They showed pretty quick (CA --> NY, 6 days), not one problem with them. Even the plastic wrap around the speakers was in great shape...

    I know that if I ever have to ship speakers this size, it will be through a company like Conway. They seem to take MUCH better care of the stuff they have.

    It may cost more, but crap like this makes it not worth it to use the likes of UPS.

    bought them on 7/20. they showed up on 7/23. UPS picked them up on 7/29 and have net seen them since
