Mushroom coffee and Anxiety
Hello everyone,
I decided this weekend to take a break from drinking my every morning Mushroom coffee and switched to regular coffee. My Son went to Martha's Vineyard and came back with some really tastily ground coffee . I made a pot and we all loved it.
This morning I decided to make another pot and here we go.
So what I noticed after I enjoyed the cup is my anxiety kicked up a notch. It started yesterday, we went to a Police Sponsored event and my anxiety was creeping up on me. No not because I was in a room full of cops but because I didn't have my Mushroom Coffee.
For me , I don't take any med's for anxiety, I got anxiety for those who don't know from getting Covid and long covid back in December 2021. I still today have symptoms from that horrible experience and one of them is a bad case of anxiety.
For those who suffer from anxiety, I suggest trying out some of the markets top Mushroom coffee. No it doesn't taste as good as regular coffee but what it does do is help calm you down, help you not feel bloated which is another thing I noticed yesterday and today.
Anxiety really sucks and being dependent on something also sucks. I rarely hit CBD anymore as the Mushroom coffee daily works for me.

trying to decode this pressing on discogs.
So this is a 1983 cut 5, mother 1, stamper 1. (I think)

New cut of the 6th pressing. Black and silver 80's Parlophone label, with the following text variations around outer rim:
"ALL RIGHTS OF THE PRODUCER...", then at 11 o'clock "UNAUTHORIZED PERFORMANCE, BROADCASTING, COPYING AND HIRING...", ending with "MANUFACTURED IN THE UK BY EMI RECORDS LIMITED".
Side A has been newly recut using long matrix nomenclature (YEX <matrix no.> - <cut no.> - <mother no.> - <stamper no.>) which was introduced in 1982. The datecoded inner sleeve dates this issue as 1983.

Re: Post a picture.....any picture...part deux...
When you said "Towson," I was half expecting a picture of this place.

Oh, and I almost forgot.
So, you see... my high school is located on a (relatively) quiet suburban street in the "town" of Towson, MD (adjacent to the Baltimore Beltway, I-695, on the other side of the campus). Across the street from the school is a fairly modest home that once belonged to a somewhat infamous Marylander. I've been meaning to take a photo of it for quite some time. Last Saturday, I remembered. The house looks virtually identical to the way it looked in the 1970s, other than the trees in the yard being much larger.
the home.

its one-time owner.

Re: Post a picture.....any picture...part deux...
So, we were away for a (very) long weekend last weekend - a few days near DC visiting our son & daughter-in-law (and their cats) and a few days near Baltimore to see some old friends and take care of an obligation at my high school alma mater.
We stayed at a couple of different Hampton Inns while we were away*.
At one of them, we were in room 310, but the sign at the door of one a few doors down from us caught my eye. In case you didn't think that the Hilton Hotel people don't have a sense of humor... and a nerdy one at that:

____________
* We usually stay with at our son's, but we decided to give them a break from dealing with us 24 hours a day while we were in the hood.
Besides, Mrs. H & I both quite like Hampton Inns.

Re: You’re doing it wrong…
That drives me crazy! I'd almost drive over to that house with my pin crimper
Kit to fix it. It would take about 20 minutes to fix. Most of it would involve
removing the mess he made.
