Re: Neutrik Speakon Parts Discontinued..
Well if anyone is interested in knowing, I ordered what I was thinking would be old stock of NL4MP-UC on Parts Express’s eBay store as that was how it was listed.
They sent the new style NLFMPXX-UC, so I was able to see if the old style and new style were interchangeable, and I can tell you that they are.
I can also tell you that I like the tighter locking feel they have to them better than the old style.
So if anyone cares the new style will work with the old, and you will like the way they lock down better..
Peace!!

Re: Problems with grounding? Not anymore!

It’s the desktop model of grounding! No need to bury it. Just fill it and snap on the clip.
Easy pesy…!

Re: Why do I have to sign in every time?
Not working again. Stopped at Verizon store and they thought Prevent Cross Site Tracking had been turned on by some kind of update but despite being turned off I still have to sign in every time on the I-phone although not on the MacBook. There’s no app for this forum, correct?

Re: Post a picture... any picture
We would just ask for "the works" and a cherry (smash) coke, the slightly rancid chopped onions added to the total flavor. I've never seen onions chopped so fine, they were like confetti. The dogs were thin, skinny with a tough skin, my Aunt Ella knew somebody who worked there and they would sell her a dozen uncooked versions and she would bring them to picnics.

Re: Comparing Monitor 10's and RTA-12's
Found a sketch in the archives not on official Polk Drafting Dept. paper but must be the early RTA12. It is Fourth Order but there is an extra shunt of a resistor and capacitor in series for the midwoofers which would be an impedance equalizer. Fourth order gives a 360deg phase shift at the crossover point, which means the drivers are in phase but one is a wavelength behind the other. Polk probably compensated for that by the relative positioning of the tweeter (correction - nope because that would be about 0.1 meters). Page one is apparently missing.
