JBL Basspro Hub - 11"
My daughter just bought a 2021 Maxda CX-9 and wants to replace the Bose sub. I have not heard it yet but she states it just doesn't deliver. She's looking at the JBL Basspro Hub - 11" sub that fits in the wheel well somehow. My subs in the past have always been enclosed in a box of some sort so I have no experience with these wheel well mounts. Are they worth it?

Re: Vintage Kenwood KA-701 Integrated Amp
Notice this has the multiple loudness settings.
I've only seen this on some of these classic
Kenwood models.

Re: Early Model 7 Midwoofers
I was looking for stuff online the other night and ran across an old Polk woofer but was uncertain because it didn’t have a label on the back. Gardenstater confirmed for me that the woofer was indeed an MW6500

I thought it was cool that it predates the Polk labels on the back.
Thanks Gardenstater for your help on this one!

Re: Post a picture.....any picture...part deux...
You too can have that cop flash 😬
All of our white LE Explorer's have that "invisible" BPD ghost craap now.

Re: HELP tracking down member “Krazymofo24”
Hopefully it all works out.
I noticed in his comments he disappeared for months at a time in the past so benefit of the doubt all that.

Re: B&K amp issue
This reminds me of a very similar issue I had a long time ago with a manufacturer refurbished Marantz receiver and a five channel Rotel amp. The system worked perfectly for months but then developed the "white noise" phantom signal issue in the center speaker when the amp was in standby mode. I traced the problem to the pre-out on the receiver rather than a fault in the amp. My solution was also to disconnect the center channel pre-out from the amp and use the receiver to power the center speaker. I moved on to a dedicated Rotel AV processor after a few months.
