I have had a pair outside on a covered patio for 8 years. They still work great and sound good. The humid weather here in Houston hasn't seemed to affect anything.

Thanks! Going to see what I can work out. I've been to Dallas but not Houston. So I know nothing about Texas weather. Currently working on a lean - to project that is going to be more than I expected....

I like goats!
I had this idea that would be fun, maybe for about a week - build a pallet climb behind the house, so I could find them on the roof waiting for me when I get home. But I'm afraid they'd eat the shingles. But it'd be fun to setup a cam for the reactions of walkers-and-drivers-by.
