I have been doing the same thing, since about 3 or 4 months ago. It's a different flavor but the sear and taste is off the hook good. Even with something as simple as a burger.

I remember the thing I loved about Laserdisc (when I was an early adopter) was the “director’s cut” version of films. I would love impressing the he!! out of my friends with never before seen versions of films like Terminator 2, Aliens, RoboCop and the Abyss - just to name a few…
