The DF of 70.3% @ 10kHz (8% @ 1kHz), for that tweeter cap is insanely high (not to mention the ESR)! Polk specified DF less than or equal to 3% @ 1kHz for the caps in the Series II crossovers, on their schematic.

Dissipation Factor refers to the tendency of the dielectric to absorb energy, which would be very undesireable for high frequency sound reproduction especially.

Hogwash; Over the years I've bought 90% of my Mac gear as well as my 1.2tls while on my annual winter layoff. If an asphalt worker can do it painlessly I see no reason why a competent physician can't.
