Anthem Amp 1---blowing power fuse

:mad:Left it on last nite,, this morning --no power,,blown fuse,, replace fuse,,,power on,,blows fuse,,, unhooked pre,,, power on,, blows fuse,,I'm thinking power supply? I checked the terminals,wires,etc. Nope,, no crossed terminal connections,,etc,, anyone have any trouble shooting hints/shortcuts,, as amp/power supplies are certainly not my expertise. Thanks in advance---george

is it hooked up to your newly acquired Carvers? If so, try another set of speakers and see if it does it again,Dodd - Battery Preamp

negative,, it's connected to taylos monitorsis it hooked up to your newly acquired Carvers? If so, try another set of speakers and see if it does it again,JC approves....he told me so. (F-1 nut) -
FWIW,,one of the EL 34's was waaaaay out of bias range,,,replaced the fuse,,rebiased,,,AND improved the ventilation,,so far so good.:)JC approves....he told me so. (F-1 nut)
