this is where i need help im ganna be droppin it in a 96 honda civic coup and i dont think there is enough room for the box specifications.

Width 19" (48.26cm) << per chamber...
Height 18-1/2" (46.99cm)
Depth 11-1/4" (28.57cm)

make sure you dont put a driver in there for like 2 weeks if you used caulk to seal the inside...

Sealed enclosure + caulk = acid fumes all up in that woofer.

I don't see any terminal cups. How are you going to get juice to the subs?

Being that you build boxes so often, what would you recomend instead?

Yeah, if you're going to wait for that to dry, you might as well spread some fiberglass resin inside of that. Seal up all those corners! You might be hittin so hard that those screws might loosen up. j/k

Yah, where are the ports for the wires? He must have some type of small hole drilled in there to run just the speaker wire through...

A ported box usually wants to be bigger, then you need to add the port. I don't think you can fit such a beast with two 15's.

For the divider, you can put some polyfill(pillow stuffing) in each chamber. Put about 2 massive handfuls in the big side. Now put a good 4 handfuls in the small chamber. That should balance them out again. In reality, the difference in performanece between the two speakers will be more than that caused by the box.

Why is the divider only fastened on one side, maybe two?
