Mark, Apple hasn't charged for an OS or OS updates since 2013. Apps...that's a different story and that's up to the developers. What Apple does charge insane amounts for is storage and/or memory upgrades.
See profile for rigs. Nothing else here.

Our AC condenser unit starts making a noise, like it's about to throw a rod. A field mouse was hanging in the grating hitting the blades. What a way to go. Yuk! Got some cleaning to do...

A construction crew in Ohio just got the most adorable addition to their team, an orange kitty named Sue 🐱

Chase Guello, operating supervisor with Riverreach Construction, posted a series of videos to social media documenting the kitten’s rescue and her journey joining the construction team.

The kitten was found in the middle of July inside of a Komatsu excavator. Guello said Sue would be turned over to their shop mechanic where she will divide her time between home and work until she’s old enough to be a shop cat.

Komatsu even shipped them some merch, including a tiny safety vest and a hard hat for Sue.

After hearing this tiny orange kitten's cries stuck inside some heavy machinery, they got to work on getting him out. Unable to reach him from the top, they unscrewed a part from the bottom, et voila! The kitten literally fell through onto the ground like a snack dropping out of a vending machine. They cleaned her, fed and hydrated her, and promptly fell in love with her overwhelming cuteness. After getting him his own purrsonal-sized hard hat and safety vest, they knew he had to officially become part of the team.

If you want to see video. Well worth the time.
