Polk Audio Tweeter foam. Anyone know where for find this?

Polk RTi150's, RD615-1 Made 7-20-2002. Anyone know where to get new foam for behind the diaphragms? Reproductions would be better than none at all. These as you see have disintegrated. Thanks!

    Is that pole piece just dished or is it vented all the way out the back?

    Looks like a layer of gray underneath.......maybe closed cell, with a coin/disc/dome of black open cell on top?
