Dan, I sure hope your news turns out much better than you're currently thinking. I don't get why on the first visit they even said anything until they knew for sure what it was or at least assessed by an oncologist. Unless I missed that part. You must let us know what the outcome is. I'm sure it wasn't easy spending the weekend thinking what if. That's not a fair game to be playing. Stay positive and strong.

Agreed. The worse part is I learned yesterday it takes 48 hours to get an appointment to see the Oncologist so the wait continues. So I haven't been fully tested yet, I got hit with the Caner possibility and now I have been sitting with that news since 5 o'clock on Saturday. I didn't go to work yesterday or today as my partner is taking care of our business for now which is a huge relief. But sitting home waiting for an appointment sucks and is highly stressful.

I may do some field work tomorrow which is a big Total Control Home Automation job we are in the final stages of so no heavy lifting , just Cameras , and setup and tuning of the network at this stage. Theater is in, whole house music system is up and running and all TV's are hung except 2 which I don't plan on doing .

I'm really trying hard to stay positive but it's getting the best of me.

I'm glad you'll help your partner out with that job while you have to wait longer

I read something years ago about how to relieve stress to some extent. The person said "TO DO" something, anything, to get the mind thinking of something else. I don't know if it was Ziggy or not, but I DID feel better and better as the days rolled on.

You'll find out in a day or so what exactly is going on inside you and what the Doctors will suggest you do about it.

I'm hoping and praying for the best for you.

Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.

    Thanks Tony,
I think my issue right now is everything feels trivial. Nothing has a positive meaning to me because I have no idea what's to come.

I know doom and gloom mentality but it's amazing how hard it is to go with the flow, be patient and wait for a course of action.

It also makes you question your decision not to go to the doctors sooner when you noticed other issues. Waiting to see if it goes away or gets better in a few days to a week. I only went this time because it has been over a week and with little to no improvement. Sometimes I imagine I'm stronger than I actually am and in a lot of cases need help.
