    We've had a pine warbler at our feeders, briefly, several times over the last few days. I've yet to get a decent photo of it. This is the closest I've gotten -- danged bird was takin' flight as I tripped the shutter!

    I bought some paint (5 gal.) that matched the old, but I picked "Satin gloss" instead of flat. It sure looks fresher. :) I still have a lot of the front of the barn shed to paint. It got too hot to finish the front, so I moved to the cottage's side porch, which had needed painting for years. I can't believe how great it looks now. :p

    I put the sidewalk platforms back in place, too. B) I'll still put the plastic-wood rain splatter boards at the bottom of the wall like before.

    We don't get them 'til very late spring. It's always a bit jarring, but exciting* to see one (or more) show up at the freeders. At a glance, they look like refinished goldfinch. B)

    By chance, I watched quite a bit of the Artemis II news late yesterday and into the evening.

    Having lived through the Saturn V voyages, all I can say is ---- INCREDIBLE!

    The videos inside the capsule were so detailed and the descriptions of the happenings during and after the trip around the moon were great. Think DIGITAL!

    Please watch the astronauts describe the voyage around the back side of the moon with the President.
    Matched the feelings I had during the previous years of space exploration in the 60's and 70's.
    FYI: the last flight of the Saturn V Rocket wan in 1973.
