Here's the kick plate and corner spot I mentioned above. I had to let the treated boards dry out. I just primed them this evening.
The new bottom kick plates I swapped out months ago.
She LOVES to pressure wash, too.
She's a keeper! 
I need to fine-tune this piece some more. I need to build up behind it, too.

The rain was supposed to dissipate after all. According to the 4 am forecast.
But looking at the forecast around 8 am, the threat reappeared, and I felt I had 5 minutes to put the panels back up. My wife said she would give me a hand. It was lightly drizzleing the whole time we were out there. Not bad at all.
We took the flag down and rubberbanded the wind chimes, too. all in about 10 minutes or so.
Usually, when high winds are forecasted, we take the flag down and band up the chimes.
I even took a couple of new pics afterward.
These were weathered pretty badly.
Now to relax.

These 2 Doves sat pretty motionless, just turning their heads, enjoying the day in our birdbath for quite a while, a couple of days ago.
First time I've seen that. I thought they were mating, but that's not how they mate. I'm sure they're a couple, though.
Lifelong Bonds
Doves are known for forming strong, monogamous bonds, often mating for life.
Once a pair has successfully mated, they will work together to build a nest and raise their young, sharing responsibilities throughout the breeding season. We've had Doves here for 25 years or more. They scrounge the ground around the feeders, AND all over our yard.
I saw the Bluebird couple calmly sitting at the birdbath drinking together for a minute or three the other day, too.
We try hard to keep the water very clean for them, and the water level is topped off morning and afternoon, too.
That birdbath is 20+ years old. Maybe 30. It's been a good one. One wire has rusted through in the basin years ago. I've been looking for a new top, but it's not a must-have since this one still holds water very well.
Give the birds water, seeds, and suet, and they will come and have babies.
Up North, as Mr. Hardy knows, fruits are a bird magnet. Orioles love Oranges.

It was a beautiful day, so I thought I'd get the garden rolling stool and pad, and prime the barn shed panels. It was great. Had the radio playing at a normal level.
Back to the house wrap project asap.

Atlanta WSB-TV's Officer Don and the Clubhouse Gang 1956 on every Saturday morning
My favorite Saturday morning TV show on black&white TV. I think the picture above shows the Ooey-Gooey thing where Office Don would put all kinds of kitchen stuff in one of three containers. Officer Don then selected a kid to stick his/her hand in a container after several rotations. Two of the containers had good prizes. All the kids were thrilled to yell "Ooey-Gooey" when it was picked.
The Show came to the local theater in Bremen Ga about 1956. I was picked from my seat mid-way back in the theater by Officer Don to be in the "Simon Says" portion of the show on stage with several other kids.
I won the "Symon Says" and the prize was a plastic wind-up whale for the bathtub.
It had a rubber piece that protected the main whale body from the tail.
Found this picture. This was like the whale I won!

I was thinking about what needed to be primed since I have half a gallon of primer left. Ok, the back of the side porch door is dark. It'll only take a few minutes to do.
So I primed it twice in just a few minutes. It brightened the area a lot.
