    Here's the kick plate and corner spot I mentioned above. I had to let the treated boards dry out. I just primed them this evening.

    The new bottom kick plates I swapped out months ago.
    She LOVES to pressure wash, too. ;) She's a keeper! ;)

    The rain was supposed to dissipate after all. According to the 4 am forecast.

    But looking at the forecast around 8 am, the threat reappeared, and I felt I had 5 minutes to put the panels back up. My wife said she would give me a hand. It was lightly drizzleing the whole time we were out there. Not bad at all. B)

    We took the flag down and rubberbanded the wind chimes, too. ;) all in about 10 minutes or so.


    Usually, when high winds are forecasted, we take the flag down and band up the chimes.

    I even took a couple of new pics afterward. :)
