Stranded American Airlines passenger uses PA to call for help after no staff found
Passengers at O’Hare waited for hours with little communication as American Airlines’ West Palm Beach flight faced repeated delays.
After waiting with no assistance, one passenger took matters into their his own hands. Grabbing the PA microphone, they he made an announcement throughout Terminal K:
