^^^^Looks like they were going to knock out that curb to fix the puddle. The blade doesn't look bent or worn out and they're not cheap. What am I missing here?

Maybe the ground beneath is eroded, causing concrete to settle against the blade.

That blade is from a walk behind road saw and I've buried those blades to the arbor many times over the years. Same with a back breaking demo saw. Never once got one stuck to the point of removing the saw.
My best guess is it's a set up pic as that blade isn't stuck.

This is the man who probably lost or set up the blade.

I think you have found the very essence of what this thread is all about. Outside of winning a Darwin Award, this has to be the dumbest crap I have ever seen.

One day, many decades ago, I was watching TV, when I heard a very loud "whoosh", followed by strange noises and a gawd awful loud sound that was definitely different. It sounded like 10 million gallons of water being released from the largest dam there is.

So, I hike back into the woods to see what's going on, as I start to hear fire trucks in the distance. Some contractor had hit a gas main right in front of an apartment complex building with a huge backhoe. 12 apartments were a total loss and others were scorched enough to not be livable anymore.

Yes, the line was clearly flagged by the utility department. The incredibly fast rush of fire coming up from the ground shocked me, and produced a sound I'll most likely never hear again. Words can't really describe it. The beam of fire shot up at least 60 feet in the air.

Temp repair until they find a 'round tuit' to fix that rear main seal leak properly... Cork plug used for quick no tool drain.
