Polk magnifi max

Hi all,
So i bought the Polk Magnifi Max SR in 2020 and i loved it, but a couple of weeks ago it started to fail. Very strange things:
Power button doesnt work anymore
LED light at the front always orange/amber
No wifi connection
No wired ethernet connection (router only says mac adress but no ip adres)
Google Home sees the device but cant connect.
HDMI audio not working anymore

Optical audio is working but puts volume at maximum constantly
Bluetooth audio is working but keeps disconnecting.
Please help me

He has asked that you send an email to: Kim.Jasper@masimo.com and give him your name, address, telephone number and the serial number from the soundbar.

My friend recommended that you contact the Polk dealer where you purchased your soundbar for service. -
polish official service stated in phone conversation l that there is no possibility of repair. My parents also have Magnifi Max and it is also damaged after 3 years of use, I am disappointed with the quality of polk product and service support.

hello, soundbars are already with me, thank you very much for your help and support. I can enjoy the sound of Magnifi Max again. Service at the highest level, as befits a leader in the audio industry, best regards. -

hi i have themsame issue bought the magnifi max around 2021 bute right now it's stuck on blinking white light..
