When you come to a forum and say that the halftime show was the worst ever...
Do y'all really expect a halftime show that will be entertaining to you?

I'm 67 and for many years now, it seems the award shows, super bowl halftime, and many other events have to have people/dancers humping the air as hard as they can. :D

The satanic imagery in many award shows' choreography and even last year's Olympics have seemed to be accepted by some demographics as ok and applaudable.

I don't like either at all.

My wife and I only understood a word or two of Lamar's song and his dancers only humped the air a little, at least his show had an American flag symbolized. A symbol that now triggers half of America.

We just muted the volume for most of his performance. I didn't hate it. I adjusted. ;)

Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.

Probably due to Graham giving him too much Kodachrome in the early days......

The level of professionalism over the entire scope of the sport has dropped to sub level. Growing up in Texas and playing football from Pop Warner to Highschool, appreciation for the sport runs deep however the antics in the endzone, or over the recovery of a fumble that is displayed now only reminds me of a saying I heard growing up..."pull up your pants, you're showing your azz".....and the flaunting of all the jewelry???? To me, that's a flagrant act of saying how much money you have that you can easily afford to lose thousands of dollars anytime you want.

I turned my back on the sport many years ago and immersed myself into the sport of bike racing. When I was through with bike racing (I mean, will I ever be?), I decided to check out the football scene, and that was right when Romo had lost his edge and I'm like, "I leave football for 18 thousand years and all you have is a light beer???" And so that was right when the Seachickens took Romo out and in comes back up Prescot, who turns in an impressive 17-3 season and I'm like, YAY, finally, I can quit calling Dorsett and Staubach, begging them to return and bail us out (Bullet Bob Hays was out of commission).

Well, anyone who has followed the sport since that day knows that the boys in blue have only declined and it was this year that I stopped hoping and haven't watched a single cowboy game. I watched the Seabitches get beat (I'll never tire of that) and this game last night.

I was glad to see the Eagles annihilate the boys in red, and when the first half ended, I turned on my stereo and walked away from the TV until the second half started.

I'm sorry, did someone ask for my opinion??? :D

I usually make some version of the Curly nyah-ah-ah sound when that happens.

Usually just the first syllable, followed by contortionistic inexplicably swift egress.

The only thing about Drew is she pretty much still looks like she’s in her 30’s, but yeah, that one stings a bit.

. . . you can't find a parking space close enough to the concert venue so you just go home and listen to records.

I can dig it.....she might be getting old but I'm not. Just because I was in my early 20's when she did that stupid alien movie...does not confront me.......

@Geoff4rfc - did you just get a Camaro and cruising the local high school when activities let out?

Or are you still rolling in the dirty white panel van handing out free lollipops?

I mean, either one is genius. Side note, I found a way to game a house arrest ankle monitor.
