Hi all,
So i bought the Polk Magnifi Max SR in 2020 and i loved it, but a couple of weeks ago it started to fail. Very strange things:
I read a lot on the internet but there are a lot of reviews. Some fixed by updates, some fixed by resetting. Seems there are a lot of issues with the Magnifi Max. Is there anything i can do other then contacting support (already filed a ticket btw)? Is there anything possible with the service usb port for example?
So i bought the Polk Magnifi Max SR in 2020 and i loved it, but a couple of weeks ago it started to fail. Very strange things:
- Power button doesnt work anymore
- LED light at the front always orange/amber
- No wifi connection
- No wired ethernet connection (router only says mac adress but no ip adres)
- Google Home sees the device but cant connect.
- HDMI audio not working anymore
- Bluetooth audio is working but puts volume at maximum constantly
- Subwoofer is not working anymore and only "pops"
- Resetting doesnt do anything (no beeps at all)

I received the replacement soundbar and thats working fine (wifi, ethernet, hdmi etc.) but the subwoofer is still popping and clicking. Is it possible that there is a firmware mismatch? Already tried re-syncing and factory reset. Firmware in the google home app is: 136

Hi,
I’m experiencing the same problem with my soundbar, which is not working properly. It automatically disconnects or increases the volume to maximum on its own.
Is anyone able to help me with this issue? I purchased the device in August 2021 in Poland.

I've got the same issues! Power light stays on ,volume goes up every 3 minutes, HDMI source won't change. Any recommendations?
