My wife sent me that as hours went up 40% and, daughters up 50%

I'm fighting them both as we speak...My court date is June 7th. Already put together my notebooks for rebuttal

Where you guys at? I'm in Illinois (🙄🤮😩) and mine barely changed at all.

Texas...where the mass exodus of Cali, IL, and NY ran too

And that's why ours went up so much...Thank you very much :#

Colorado. Another place former Californians are flocking and jacking up the cost of real estate. Although my prior valuation was about $80k shy of the true value, this one is pretty much dead on the current market value. Of course, who knows if it will still be worth that much next year?

I’ve got two acres that’s connected to my land, but has a separate appraisal. Just land, no roadway access, no nothing. Previous appraisal was $9800, this year’s is $39,000. Crazy.
