In my backyard, about shoulder height, nestled among the honeysuckle vines. Baby cardinals hatched two days ago. Momma was away gathering food for the "Feed me, Seymour, feed me" chicks.

That nest looks like the one we have here.
Cardinal Parents sure don't give their chicks comfortable settings to grow in.
Now the Blue bird nest was right soft with a ton of cushioned nesting. We had Blue birds making a new nest non-stop yesterday in that one box that was just used for the last 2 months. Nancy completely cleaned out the box last week. It might be the same pair going for round 2. Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them. -
