I'm just happy that soon, children under 5 will be able to receive the vaccine)experimental drug
Leading the way, California is working towards allowing those under 12 to get the vaccine without their parents's permission.
They still have to get permission to get their ears pierced though because that can have complications

I know everyone deals with this in their own way. Taking it lightly might be one of those ways. I don't take it lightly anymore since I got it and it really did a number on me. I'm 6 weeks into this thing and I still have symptoms which suck. I never was off this long and it wears on you each and every day.

Today was the first day I did a sorta decent workout. More of a light cross fit / Yoga style workout.
I did some light stretching , followed by some Bag work ,light punches from my old Kung Fu workouts but nowhere as intense. Also did some walking backwards drills followed by Lunges with just body weight. Only went about 20 feet back and forth easy slow and just enough to get my heart rate up which now is easy to do. After that I did some Curls with only 10 lbs each around. I usually workout with 25-30 lbs and do Super Sets of 3 - 10's each set. Today I did 10 lbs only 1 set of 10 at a time and then 2 labs around my basement walking it off. It's slightly depressing to lose your cardio as I gotta tell you, your health is everything , well it's everything to me.

I use our basement stairs as a workout as just going up and down them winds me. But I just can't wait around anymore to regain my strength and cardio. I'm trying to work on getting it back and getting back to where I was before I got they crap.

My diet is basically on point , it took Covid to smack me into a better eating lifestyle. I have been trying for years to figure it out, how to add this and that in and try to maintain a healthy diet. I'm pretty happy with my new way of eating as I'm down 21 lbs in 6 weeks and plan on losing another 30.

Adding my own thoughts to this, I certainly did not take it lightly. Losing taste/smell, and having aches and a nasal drip, coupled with occasional fevers over 101 had me worried. I woke up every morning wondering if the persistent coughing would start (thankfully it never happened), or if I would begin to feel exhausted doing fundamental things? Yeah, I also wondered if maybe I should have just taken the jab too, but the doc advised me not too, even before he knew my test results (both rapid and PCR were +); that sort of took the edge off the anxiety of not knowing if I had it or not. He did tell me that if I experienced any severe symptoms to come back ASAP and they would get me the infusion, so that helped with some anxiety too.
But I know quite a few people who had bad reactions to the "vaccine" (all 3 of them), and even more who took them and got COVID anyway, including my mom and stepfather, who are 80 & 90, respectively. So I stand on my decision to not take it, even with the looming prospect of losing my job over it - not an issue now, thankfully. If I can't go into NYC to attend any events, so be it, but I don't think it's going to matter soon anyway.
Anyway, I hope your road to recovery continues, @mantis, I am definitely keeping prayers and positive thoughts heading your way.

So, are you willing to put forth a little effort or are you happy sitting in your skeptical poo pile?

Nothing. The only thing they wanted to give me was Lexipro which was a Anxiety med which freaked me out the first time I took it. I stopped after 1 dose , told my doctor and they told me to stop taking it.
Nothing for Covid at all. I felt so helpless and alone in that journey.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I feel this is something we all need to share. Even here, we all kinda know each other for many years and it's nice to talk to other people about this experience.

Well. That is certainly not what I expected you would be offered for treatment. Was that the FLCCC Alliance that did that?

FLCCC Alliance , I don't know what that is? But I got it from St Mary's Hospital local location which is like a Urgent care but from the Hospital. I dealt with a Nurse , I didn't get to see our Doctor until 3 weeks later which sucked.

I'm really trying to get better but so far nothing really works. I can't seem to figure it out. I recently started working with a Long Hauler Covid clinic and hopefully they can help me.

It's a Clinic developed with specialist to try and figure out why people which I 30% or more of people who have had Covid and now have lingering symptoms that do not go away. You are sick without getting better for months and months.
