^^^I searched for Polk Audio there and came up with these Monitor 4. I wonder what MW they have? Could be worth it just for those. Too bad they don't have the Peerless tweeters as that would make them a super steal for $75

All monitor 4 I've come across had MW6502
There may be some with MW6500 maybe, I've not experienced that. -
Would not be difficult to mod the Mon4 for Peerless tweets. I've had a few Mon 4 and all MW6502 like Pitt stated.Don't take experimental gene therapies from known eugenicists.

I have a pair of black basket MW6500 I purchased on eBay that are stamped "M4" by Polk. I was a little worried that maybe the resonant frequency might not be as low as the ones they select for the larger monitors but they sound great in my 7Bs.
So far all the example pictures I have found of the M4s seem to show that they have their own unique and different tweeter from the higher up monitor models.
Oops scratch that......makin' a liar of myself I just found a picture of one with a Peerless. I wonder if that is the one that may have been equipped with the MW6500

Those aren't original passive radiators on these. Looks like they took some from another model and put them in there. Don't know how that would affect the sound as they probably have different specs.Speakers

I have heard folks here say the MW6*5*0*1 is hard to find so when I saw 3 on eBay I thought I'd better post it up here. Hopefully one of us in need gets them, assuming of course they are good ones:

Saw them perform this album in Kansas City in 1971, about the third cord in on Iron Man, they blew the main power breaker in the Memorial Hall. The place went total dark for about 30 minutes, when all you could see where lighters and a red glow, lol.
I think this was the beginnings of my Passive Radiators being blown as well

No doubt, I literally start getting anxiety when I jam Black Sabbath at the levels I want it. Afraid to see smoke... and not on the water. These AR-9'S or the SDA-SRS2'S with the Krell get to really, really pumping.
