I got the Touring model, have to jump up a trim level or 2 to get the turbo. Plenty of Zoom Zoom for me.

We miss Colorado Springs. And Garden of the Gods is so cool. Just sitting in the middle of an area unsuspecting. Have you seen the "Kissing Camels" at Garden of the Gods? -
I find the Mazda products are far nicer than the competition. Nissan... garbage, Mitsubishi huge pile of garbage.
I would add Honda and Toyota to the competition. A similar Accord or Camry cost considerably more and aren't nearly as sporty feeling. Plus they're both kinda blah looking IMO. All good cars though. -

Right. Not a big Honda fan either but I love the reliability of all the Toyotas I've owned. -
My 2005 Mazda3 sedan is still going strong. I will probably buy another in a year or so for my last car. However, it has to be a manual, and at this time only the hatch back has a manual.Lumin X1 file player, Westminster Labs interconnect cable

Not one problem with my 2000 Mazda Protege 5 in 13 years. I’d consider another one.

Mazda has a bright metallic red color that I really, really like. Someone at our church has a pretty new (current model and pristine-looking) smaller Mazda SUV (CX-5, maybe?) in this color and it is muy snazzy looking.
The only Mazdas we've owned (so far) have been Fords.

Mrs. H & I spent some quality time this past weekend doing a fairly thorough midsummer weeding of the vegetable garden(s) here. We had rain overnight and it cleared out this evening shortly before sunset (the fricking days are getting shorter...). Here's a piccie of the main vegetable garden looking pretty verdant and also pretty weed-free (neither condition is particularly common this time of year!).
