    Shouldn't it also
    1) Say "Hope you enjoyed your visit!"
    and
    2) Say "Y'all come back now, hear?"

I like (not) how they took it upon themselves to do this, which nobody asked for, but STILL can't fix the fact that hovering ones mouse over a thread link makes it change color to the same as the background color, rendering it invisible!

Is it already fixed? I don’t get that message, even if I sign out. Normally, I just close the tab. 🤷‍♂️

I wish they would speed up the response. Click on Recent Discussions and it take too long to bring up the page. Click on a thread, aside from going blank, it takes too long to bring up the thread. Are they running this site on an old 8MHz 8086 computer?

I just realized that this feature is interfering with hotlinking even legitimate images from third-party hosting sites.
    To wit (and e.g.):

This is the image hosted at the link above, FWIW:

hmmm... upon reflection, I wonder if this had anything to do with this morning's internet imbroglio involving Fastly?

Commodore 64 with those newfangled "Sprites"

Rumors of going to a 4.7Mhz DOS system are in the wind. Depends on the availability of a Tandy 1000 on eBay of course.
    Keep your fingers crossed !

I'm sure Polk means well but how about we try NOT meaning well and see how that turns out ? 👍

I noticed the extra “click” the other day. So which government agency has taken over the web design? I work for the USPS,and I say all the time, that they have reinvented the wheel so many times,it’s square.

The problem is Vannila DOES NOT test the changes they make. They know zero about software development.
