I have one in black. Been very happy with it. No issues. The switching and delay features are very convenient.
It has 4 plugs for digital filtration, 2 for video, 4 for audio and 2 for high current. Plus an extra plug on the front.
It is a PF60.

I didn't know Vector Research made these vinyl covered particle board cabinets.

I remember putting together a lower horizontal style O'Sullivan brand cabinet back in the 70's. There was another popular maker of these after O'Sullivan seemed to vanish, can't remember the name though.
This one looks to be in really nice condition. I could probably use it, but will probably hold out for something with more panache. -
