    Those little burgers are amazing.

Those little burgers are called "sliders" yep even on the menu. Buy them by the case, guaranteed shet storm.

White Castles headquarters is just up the road from me. The Ingram family who own WC support many causes around here, highly respected.

I guess this is good news. I'm finding while working from home, in the office, I'm not getting up as much and walking around. Collaborating, ahem, BS'ing with my colleagues! I got a lot of work done today!

Heck, my work laptop is still open! WTH! Time to shut it down!

Work is having us take home our laptops today for a test run. Teleworking for me is useless, I'm a warehouse manager; aside from receipt/issue documents and the follow-up database entries, I don't use the computer. Vast majority of my job is hands-on (inventory/palletizing/storing), so being home is worthless. The Fed never lets common sense get in the way of a good crisis.

I'm in the same boat you are bro. Most of the office is slowly working remote. Soon it will be the break fix techs and me :) We support local government so we have to stay open. Great news is I already been given the green light to turn the warehouse stereo up a bit.

Other great news is there will be TP in the can a work :)
When I was a kid my parents told me to turn it down. Now I'm an adult and my kids tell me to turn it down.

I just heard Burger King is going extinct very soon. That was from their corporate statement. That's crazy. People just didn't want to wait for their burgers to go through the grill for the past 15 years.

Personally, I liked the taste of their burgers a lot.
Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.

I clicked "like" because there's no button marked "arrrgh" :#

I do remember, long, long ago, eating at one somewhere near where I grew up. I don't think it was too awful way, way back (i.e., early 1960s way back). I also remember that there was one somewhere along the JHU shuttle bus route from uptown to the medical school. It was on a major corner, but, at this late date, I cannot remember which one. :p Maybe Baltimore St. and ??? Near the Block, perhaps.

I also remember, rather fondly, actually, White Coffee Pot "restaurants" around B-more. I might not be alive today were it not for the one in Brooklyn Park when I was a kid. Might've starved to death. :|

Our son and his girlfriend are both working remotely out of their offices, until at least to the end of the month.

They have been sharing time with her family and ours. They both reside in different cities, so it's good to have them with us the for an extended period.

Plus, just knowing that they are o.k. in this time is calming.

"Anyone remember Little Tavern? Burgers of death on a roll."

Absolutely, it was called "Club LT" and the burgers were called "death balls" when I was at University of Maryland. You had to lift up the pickle to see the burger. That's how I made extra money when I was there, I'd take orders for death balls from the other dorm guys and live on the tips. One night there was a fight inside between the cook and a belligerent customer, the cook broke a gallon jug of bleach over the counter. That is one effective way of clearing out a room, just like tear gas, I imagine.
