Command Bar - Alexa Won’t Start Spotify

I just got a new Command Bar last night and am having trouble using Alexa to play Spotify. What I ask Alexa to play something on Spotify she responds, “playing ***** on Spotify,” and then there is just silence. I did a factory reset and re-setup everything through the app. Alexa successfully started Spotify through the command bar one time then reverted back to the same issue. I can manually start Spotify through the app on my ipad and get it to play through the command bar but I can’t get Alexa to start Spotify.
Please help, this is an essential feature for me.

Were you able to get this resolved?

No. I returned the Polk sound bar and replaced it with a Yamaha. Not only have I had fewer issues with it, the customer support has been much more present and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with the Polk command bar and Polk support just didn’t warrant the cost of the unit.
