MW 6503 Woofer rebuild

Does anyone know who does this repair/service?

Units are in excellent condition cabinet was dropped causing the magnets to disengage,put them back on but no go.

    One alternative option would be to get a used one on eBay. Just make sure you pm the seller and make certain that when the cone is exercised manually there are no voice coil scraping sounds.

    This one is cheap and seller has 3. Don't get the one with the nick in the surround! Either the scuffed cone one or #2 which I guess has no cosmetic issues. But make sure you tell seller no voice coil scraping sounds!

    Thanks Gardenstater, would rather have mine rebuilt if possible and cost reasonable. I know what I have. Just hard to appreciate that the magnets being dislodged could cause such havoc and failure with no other apparent damage.
    BTW I’m a Jersey Boy myself, born and raised in north Jersey, moving to ATL over 20 yrs. ago. Still miss the food !

    There are a couple people here that do this. Not my place to volunteer them though. You can search the forum for some posts where people describe the fixture they made with PVC pipe and adjustment screws for re-aligning the magnets. I'll see if I can find them, I may have bookmarked.
