    Pretty commonly either a 4 or a 6. If I eat a lot of meat it's more 3, but that's rare anymore it seems. Beer is guaranteed to make it a 6, but so do apples, peanut butter and some fruit/veg if I have enough of any of it. Or all of it. Really I'm just happy it drops without a fight. Constipation sucks.
