Anyone using Kratom?

I suffer from back pain from a military injury. I Used to be on Nucynta and other opiates. Stopped all that about 11 months ago.

I went to a Kava/Kratom bar tonight for the first time and had two non alcoholic Red Kratom drinks and I actually feel pretty good. Looser and relaxed. I can still feel the sharp burn in my spine but it is not nearly as bad. Wondering if anyone here has used it for pain relief?

I had some Kratom last night and had some Kava today. Taste like dirt but it does take the edge off the back pain for sure. Probably healthier than Vodka.

They just opened here on Merritt Island.

I have chronic back and neck pain. Bulging degenerative discs, bone spurs, stenosis.
I take some Kratom just about every night when I get home from work. It doesn't totally eliminate the pain, but it takes enough of the edge off so I can at least sit and relax.

Here in Rochester,NY,we have " The Kratom Shop", That's pretty much all they do. I buy it in powder form, and mix a teaspoon full with about 4oz of warm water. As stated above,it tastes like ****! I know just about every smoke shop also sells Kratom. I can't tell you of the quality of the smoke shops Kratom,as I've only purchased from the Kratom shop. They sell three different strains. Red,Green, and White. Red is more sedative,White is the least sedative and gives you a little more energy. Green is in between. I have been taking the green. Hope this helps.

I put a little lemon juice in my Red strain and it ain't bad. But sure helps a hell of a lot with back pain.

Tablespoon full chase it with water.
Depending on the strain you can get pretty chillaxed :)

If you have minor aches & pains continuously it will take care of that.

I'm pretty much just buying the
White Vein Borneo these days, it seems to not sedate me as much as the others and I get a small amount of pep out of it too.

Been taking it for years for chronic pain. Works as good as opiates without the side effects and addiction. I buy mine by the kilo straight from the source.

It really has helped just as well if not better than opiates. I've been off Nycenta for 11 months or so. Now I'm using Kratom red (as of this week)and it's the best relief I've had so far.

Where do you get this. The only thing Amazon has are books, and Google doesn’t show any vendors.

Kratom can only be imported to a select number of states. Pretty much no where on the East or West coast

It is still legal in the eyes of the Federal government, a few and I mean a FEW states have outlawed it.

Heard of this stuff, How is this stuff legal? Sounds like the pain reducing benefits of marijuana but not nearly as psychoactive?

Either way, glad it is and it's helping people, I'll have to try it!

Generally any state with a coastal port. Customs will cease it. It's a tree in the coffee family. No psychoactive compounds, just alkiloyds similar to opiates. It's like taking a triple espresso, a Percocet and a Viagra. But as with any consumable, test in small doses with food. Anybody can be allergic to anything these days.

Actually it's is 100% legal by the federal gov. Customs wont seize it at all. Without it being illegal, Customs has no authority to take it.
