In 2 of his pics he has a SA14S1, but in the last pic he has a SA10.

I'm not sure what you mean, Jesse. He's selling an amp (PM), not an SACD player. Also the SACD player looks like an SA-11S3.

You're right Ed, the one in 2 pics is the SA11S3. The one in the last pic is definitely the SA10. Just an observation that he is showing the PM10 with different players.

I guess the fact that there are no PM-14S1s on the used market is a good sign that it's a high quality product.

Look at this photo of how someone had theirs setup. Pretty sure that wouldn't sound very good. But I could be wrong.

It just means certain pieces are more rare on the used market, and don't come up for sale as often because their owners are extremely satisfied with their performance.

    Auralic Aries Mini for example.

Just an observation, he's got the bass at +1.5 and the treble at -2.

The prices seems ok to me.

Haha, I noticed the same about the knob positions!

    Edit: a6cb21dpq4px.png

It's actually bass +3, treble -2. Very perplexing.

Now I'm just looking at the regular PM8006. Made in Japan at least.

You're right, the bass is plus 3. Keep looking for a 14S1.

Understood, but why keep looking? He made it sound like that's a bad thing.

Oh now I see that drew said he'd look for a 8006. Ok that makes sense. :)

Yep, just making fun of the seller, who IMO should be looking for new speakers instead.
