    The box is essentially an RF shield (with bling). How you terminate is your choice but think of a boat with holes in it during a storm... Essentially you could install it in one of your speakers for that invisible effect but where is the "cool" in that?

    While yes the box does offer shielding, I'd think to put one of these monster transformers inside a speaker would have disastrous effects on sound quality. they're right and wrong ways to put inductors on a crossover boards as it is, so putting one of these guys near a crossover for me would be a big NO GO ZONE.

    Not saying that anyone here would actually install it on the inside but out of curiosity, what difference would it make if it was on the inside or sitting on the floor just behind one of the speakers (which is where mine is currently)?

    Larry, any info on cost of anodizing vs powder coat vs silver sides(not sure if this is even a possibility but i remember seeing Jesse's case and it did look nice as well)?

    Sorry for the delayed response - just seeing this.

    Please exclude me from the case purchase list. I am just switching out an 800VA that is housed in one of Toolfan's cases, so won't need a new one at this time.
