Omni P1 - File Format is unsupported - (media server files)

  Adding on addition piece of information: file format unsupported is the warning on IOS Polk app device. Error received on the android based polk app says "File duration is too short and cannot be played". Guessing this is playfi related or Jriver related, but I don't why it would start happening all of a sudden. Could a Jriver upgrade have change anything?
