    8 hundie? Good price?

It's a good price when there's none available... It's realistically the largest SDA I can use in my house without choking them.

So, Is there something wrong with offering to "hold" or "store" a set of speakers for another member?

Quick question. Has anyone purchased items on Goodwills' auction site?
I'm trying to gather info on a possible purchase.

My brother bought a pair of oakely sunglasses, not really audio related but it was off their site

Perhaps you have a West Coast bias, because none of that surplus has made it past the Mississippi.

Because you buy it all before he can even see it

How do you pay? At pick up or prior?

He had them shipped, so I don't know about pick up. I believe you have to pay through the website at least 24 hours before you can pick the item up. (It does very per store) try clicking the Seller Info tab

Couple of times. Without a hitch. Watch out for ridiculous shipping charges from some locations.
Expect that there will be bumps in the road. Choose to not let them rattle you.
